Age Entry

To enrol as a Prep student your child must turn five years of age by April 30th of the enrolment year.

Birth certificate

We need to witness your child’s birth certificate

Student Information Form

This official enrolment form is available through the school office. This document may be lodged at any time; the birth certificate and immunisation certificate may follow at a later date but must be received prior to the start of the school year.

Transfers from other schools

If transferring from another school it is preferable and advisable to bring relevant educational information to assist the smooth transfer of your child - school reports, individual assessment information and individual files from your previous schools.

Change of enrolment information

Any change of enrolment information should be reported to the school office promptly e.g. emergency contacts and phone numbers, change of address, change of work status.
