Student Support

All students are supported within the classrooms at Diamond Creek Primary School to reach their full potential. Teachers provide the appropriate challenge for every student's level of learning and to meet their individual learning needs in each area of the curriculum. We offer different types of support depending on the individual student’s learning circumstance.

Our students are further supported by our Speech and Language Pathologist and our school Psychologist who work part-time to assist us in understanding each of our students so that we can always provide what is required to optimise their learning opportunities.

We also offer emotional support by providing individual mentors for students with emotional needs through the Kids Hope program, and we of course welcome our Diamond Creek Primary School parents with open arms to assist in our classrooms, our specialist programs and in special programs and events.
